11 series Single row cross roller slewing bearing

Structural characteristics, performance, and scope of application
Single row cross roller type slewing bearing consists of two races. It is compact in structure, light in weight, high in manufacturing precision, small in assembly clearance, high in installation accuracy, and 1:1 cross-arrangement of rollers. Force, tipping moment and large radial force are widely used in hoisting transport, construction machinery and military products.

(1)–Slewing bearing structure type code

  • 11: Single row cross roller Type

(2)–Transmission type code 

  • 0: No tooth type, 
  • 1: Small modulus external gear type 
  • 2: Large modulus external tooth type, 
  • 3: Small modulus internal tooth type 
  • 4: Large modulus external tooth type

(3)–The diameter of the upper row of rolling elements, mm
(4)–The diameter of the center of the upper row of raceways, mm
(5)–Installation type code

  • 0: Standard type without stop groove
  • 1: Standard type with a stop groove
  • 2: Special type

(6)–Mounting hole type code

  • 0: Inner and outer ring mounting holes are through holes
  • 1: Inner and outer ring mounting holes are screw holes
  • 2: Outer ring mounting holes are through holes, inner ring is screw holes
  • 3: Outer ring The mounting hole is a screw hole, and the inner ring is a through hole type designation

Model tag example:
Single row cross roller type, Small modulus external gear, rolling body diameter 25mm, raceway center diameter 710mm, standard type without a stop groove,Outer ring mounting holes are through holes, inner ring is screw holes , the product model is marked as follows:

Note:

  1. n1 is the number of lubricating oil holes, evenly distributed: oil cup M10×1 JB/T7940.1-JB/T7940.2
  2. The mounting hole n-Φ can be changed to the screw hole; the tooth width b can be changed to H-h.
  3. The circumferential force of the gear in the form is the maximum circumferential force, and the rated circumferential force is 1/2.
  4. The internal tooth trimming coefficient is 0.2.
